    Hey everyone,

This looked like as good a place as any to spread the word. I am participating in Tough Mudder this year. If anyone would like to make a donation to the Wounded Warrior Project, please follow this link.

    Donate

I do not get anything from donations, and there is no prize for the event(other than an awesome orange headband, a T-shirt, and a beer). I am doing this simply out of pride for my country and to help out my brothers(and sisters) who weren't as fortunate as I was while serving our country.

Anyone that is interested in participating or viewing an event in your area can check it out at ToughMudder.com

Which event are you doing? I was apart of the "Badlands" mess last year that got canceled and am using my rain date for the "Maysville, Ky" date in Oct. Good luck man. Have you done these before?

I am doing the St. Louis event in September. I have also registered for a couple other smaller events (Warrior Dash) to help keep me on track and to encourage myself to train. Ill be doing the Warrior Dash in Crawfordsville, Indiana in August.

This will be my first time for Tough Mudder.

I have been off of active duty for almost 5 years. It has been a little bit difficult getting back into a fitness routine, but im getting there.

Thanks, and good luck to you as well.

I was stationed at McConnell for 4 years. I contacted my former supervisor to see if she was interested in coming to Stl for it. I havent spoken to her for a few weeks.

My Wife and I are going to try the Zombie Run she kicked ass at the Dirty Girl run in Raleigh a few weeks back. It's a healthy, get off the couch event that we both enjoy. Good luck on the Tough Mudder, Josh.

I encourage everyone to donate to the WW foundation even if you have a couple of beans to spare, every little bit helps.

I flew the WW project with the coaches around the middle east one year. Greatest experience of my AF career thus far.
