    Sand down the solenoid pin. Apparently, you're supposed to check the solenoid for burrs when you get them (all things I'm finding out after the fact). The completely frozen solenoid, I'm the first one to ever have the problem. The frozen one would stick on high beam until you hit a bump or hit the headlight housing with your hand. I didn't like that so I just unplugged the high beam wires.

    Damn sounds like a pain in the ass, i need to make sure i do my research before i pull the trigger, the fx-r's look awesome but i will probably do something easier, which projectors do you have?

    I have the H1s. They had a great reputation but the batch I bought with seemed to have some QA/QC issues.

    That sucks . Only issue I had was the fucking shroud fell off inside the headlight . So I had to redo them. Epoxied those fuckers on for good .

    I know! Most people had no issues with that at all. I even waited until they had a few years of positive feedback before I bought them. The H1 shrounds actually screw directly to the projector so no chance of them getting loose.
