    ~~SOLD~~

This Tacoma has a somewhat unique story as it started life as 2wd. I converted it to 4wd last year and made it's maiden 4x4 voyage in Moab, Utah--the Mecca of rock-crawling. This Tacoma has been my daily driver for 5 years, and the focus of this build has been to maintain good drivability on the street, while creating a very capable off-road rig. There is easily over $12,000 in upgrades/parts alone (does not include install costs) on this truck and countless hours of time invested.

    Asking $12,500, no trades please.

    Basic Specs:
1999 Toyota Tacoma PreRunner, TRD Off-Road package, SR5, 3.4l V6, 4x4, Automatic, AISIN Manual Hubs, Ext.Cab, Sunroof, TRD Bucket Seats, Power Locks/Windows, Cruise Control, Heater(very warm), A/C (very cold), Kenwood Radio/CD Player and Sound System, ViperAlarm System and Remote Entry, 168k miles (100k miles on Transmisison and Transfer Case), Clean, title. This truck has always been owned in New Mexico.

    More Specs:

    Tires/Wheels:
    37/1250r17 Goodyear MTR Kevlars
    17x8 BlackRock Vipers
    Full-size Spare

    Suspension:
    Eibach Coils on Bilstien 5100s
    Anti-Sway Bar Deleted
    64" Chevy Leaf Packs (Rebuilt)
14" 2.0 Fox Pro Series Shox
Ballistic 2.63" Creeper Joint Rear Shackle Hangers
    4.5" Energy Suspension Rear Bumpstops

    Engine/Performance:
Flowmaster Super 10 Single Chamber Racing Muffler
    Cold Air Intake

    Drivetrain:
    Extended Diff Breathers
    Rear Extended SS Brake Hose
E-brake Cable Re-routed For More Travel
5.29 Nitro Gears w/ Solid Pinion Collars
    Rear 8" E-locker (OE)
    Front ARB Air Locker

    Armor:
Trail Gear Rock Defense Front Bumper
    Cloudy Fab Sliders
    High-clearance Rear Bumper (Custom)
1/4" Plate IFS/Tranny/T-case Skid Plates (Custom)

    Other Mods:
    13" Bed Bob
    9" Dovetail
    Boxed Frame (1/4" plate)
    Firewalls Tubbed
ARB Air Compressor (Mounted Under Hood) w/ Viair Air hose
    Herculined Bed
Hi-Lift bed mounts (hi-lift is included)
    520xl Uniden CB Radio/PA w/ tuned, 3' Firestik Antenna
    2 100w Spotlights
    LED Rock Lights

    Negative things you should know:
Paint has some scratches, a few dings from off-roading, and some sun damage
Driver front seat has a nice rip in the material from me sliding in and out of it (shown in picture)
Passenger door handle is kinda stiff (still works fine though)
One of the little speakers' (I think it's a tweeter?) is broken, so it is loose. also, I think one of the main speakers is blown. (It rattles at high volumes.)
Right-front wheel bearing has recently started howling and will need to be replaced soon

    Recent Maintenance:
    TPS replaced and Throttle Body cleaned ... . .. . .. . .. . .. . .. . .. . .. . . . .. . .. ..... .. ..143k miles
    MAF and Alternator replaced . . .. . .. . .. . .. . .. . .. . .. . .. . .. . .. . .. . .. . .. . .. . ........145k miles
    Starter Replaced. . .. . .. . .. . .. . .. . .. . .. . .. . .. . .. . .. . .. . .. . .. . .. . .. . .... . .. . ........149k miles
Spark Plugs and Wires Replaced...............................................................................155k miles
4x4 Conversion (Included '"new" transmission and transfer case with 90k miles
on them, fully rebuilt Aisin manual hubs, and other necessary 4wd parts)....... .....158k miles
    Timing Belt and Water Pump Replaced . . .. . .. . .. . .. . .. . .. . .. . .. . .. . .... . .. . .....162k miles
Oil was changed, both lower ball joints, driver side inner TRE, steering rack bushings, and LCA bushings were replaced about a month ago.

Since I've owned this truck (bought it at 131k miles) I've been religious about maintenance, and have only used the best synthetic fluids. It runs very well and reliably. Drives straight down the road, (doesn't pull) and gets an impressive 15mpg city and 20 mpg highway. No leaks anywhere.

This thing will go wherever you point it, and get you back home in comfort.

    Serious inquiries only, please.
