    We both looked at the dash pics and determined that it'll work just fine, so I bought it.

    It's a great feature about Toyotas that they use the same parts over many years. I was looking at the rear bumper on my 2012 and it uses exactly the same license plate lights as my 1996.

    Hello Dumb, I'm Dumber.

    from what i've gathered on this forum, pre-'08 single cd radios and '09 - '11 are interchangeable with multi-cd changers...the connections are the same, AFAIK, but I don't know if either cd changer radio will work with the steering wheel controls of the SR5 package.

    I don't think the JBL units can be exchanged with non-jbl without wiring mods.

    I haven't had my radio out to compare connectors, so take all this with a grain of salt.
