2013 Taco makes weird sound when turning ignition off!!

    I have a 2013 Tacoma and when I turn the ignition off it makes a funny noise. It sounds just like if you turn the ignition on after you start the truck,,, that chocking sound.. One Toyota mechanic told me it is the air pump and nothing can be done about it..I have a hard time agreeing to that..Any Ideas..HELP!!

    mine makes a noise like a vacum sucking the last bit of air but no grinding noise.

    Yeah I would say it is like that..hard to explain..but why..there should be a fix..no?
