Looks great! I'm glad I went 883 as well. I've got about 1000 miles on my set up and ride is perfect for me. It feels like a truck.

Thanks that totally answered my question. I do about 72 miles of smooth highway driving a day and not planning to do a front bumper/winch anytime soon. I think im going with the 881s.

I got it aligned 2 days after the initial install. Then at about 800 miles after my rims/tires went on. It aligned well with in spec. I did order the diff drop kit but I have yet to install it. I have zero vibes up to mid 80s (which is faster than I ever plan to drive) and my cv angles are minimal.

The best part is the offroad capability! These nitro chargers handle everything and the dakars out back react the way they should. Overall I have zero regrets! OME makes a great product!

I have the 881's and they ride pretty smooth took awhile to break them in but now they soak up everything.

How long did they take to break in? I've got about 3,000 miles on mine and they ride pretty rough on the street, awesome on the highway.

My truck was riding terrible, but I couldn't expect much since I have done so little to it since we bought it new. The upgrade was new SPC uca's, Ome lift, lower ball joints, diff drop stainless braided brake lines and 255/85/16's. Oh, also urethane bushings in the sway bar, lca's, and steering rack.
The ome lift has the 883 springs and Dakar AAL.

Just destroyed my spring compressor trying to swap springs.
Looks like I'll be bouncing until I get my bumper

Well I just found out I can use my companies account with their trucking company to ship things up here. It'll only cost me $75 to ship up a full OME kit with Dakars and the AAL. ~227 pounds total. So I'll be ordering from Wheelers very soon. I'll be pretty busy for a while, but hope to have it all installed before June.

No issues so far, but won't be able to go offroad till I get my bumper made. I only installed the AAL I did not adjust anything.

Have you guys had any issues with your inner CV boots? I have a 1999 Tacoma TRD SR5 extended cab. I just put on an OME suspension lift with the HD 883 coils and it looks like my front inner CV boots spewed grease. Now there is a weird sound coming out of the front when I drive...sorry I don't know how describe sounds in writing lol...Any thoughts on how to fix this? I should add that I put 15x10 wheels on my truck shortly after I lifted it...Thanks!!

Did you put the diff drop on? I haven't had issues but I installed the diff drop and have manual locking hubs

No, I don't have a diff drop on the truck. I've heard mixed reviews on diff drops, which is why I haven't spent the money on one. However, I don't have manual locking hubs. It's shift on the fly. I don't know if that helps...

quick question for the guys running Old Man EMU springs on here, thought id post it here and not start a new thread. Would you guys recommend running the 880's or the 881's on a first gen double cab with a stock rear?(5100's in the back but no AAL)...will the 881's give me too much of a rake? im looking to get the truck leveled. Maybe a TAD bit higher in the front if I wanna throw on a plate bumper later....

881 if you run a plate bumper and no aal in the rear.

lets just say no plate bumper for now, would it be too big of a unproportional rake look or very little?

It's an extra cab not a four door but look at my pictures.
