    Going with another tacoma and that grey dodge with the exhaust leak tomorow to watch a dodge 'real truck' climb that first hill I never made it up last weekend :cookiemonster:

    I'll try to remember my camera and take a video or picture or two. I honestly dont think the dodge will fit crewcab fullsize. Idk how hard the 2nd gen RCSB is going to wheel either..

    Im going to old man drive mine I washed it up nicely

    (All taking place at spokane orv 9 mile) if anyone wants to partake in the activities lol

    That makes more sense for the most part. I think it will make more sense when I regear an get to tear it all down and see it for myself. The rear was simple and made sense now that I have installed my locker. Clamshells are a whole new thing to me.

    I mean, to see if your leafs were the limiter or the shock



    or....i didnt read that that side didnt have a shock on it haha

    if it was the limiter........itd probably have pissed itself

    I also have reason to believe my shocks are limiting my axle droop...if they were limiting the droop would they have broken by now? I say that because when I was up on his tire my wheel wasnt even off the ground, the side that doesen't have a shock at the moment....so it almost seems like the shocks are too short. am i crazy?













    ya lol. the side that was drooped out does not have a shock on it (didn't even leave the ground), as i am waiting on the lower washer to arrive. Compared to when i flexed out my truck wheeling it seems like the tire drooped more without the shock.

    k so according to your variables...no weight either time, and angle...wtf does that have to do with it lol. with the shock when I went wheeling i got in a rut and i had a couple feet from my tire to the ground, so pretty flexed out. When I was on the heap, it just looked like my tire was getting closer to dropping below the fender (more flex) and it wasn't even off the ground


    and DO IT on the komomodosports. If you can, go try them on. Both the Komodosport and komodosport LS and see which one you like better. I got the LS a little while ago and adore them haha. But its almost a fact that if you just order them online the sizing will be wrong and you will have to send them back for a different size.

    There could be the difference between your two tires touching the ground are now level whereas they probably weren't before. Although if you are just basing droop off of how low the tire hangs below the fender then that probably isn't it.

    If your shocks are too short, it will eventually cause them to start leaking if you repeatedly max them out.

    When you have the front flexed out like that as much as possible, put a tape measure to the shock mounts that are missing the shock. That would give you the extended length which you can compare to the shock's extended length.

    What is the part number on your bilstein shock for that side? The part number will be written on the shock body. We can tell the compressed and extended lengths from that number.
