    Yes if it is loaded. If the ammo is seperate from the gun and out of reach like transporting it then no.

    knoxville is about 3h 45 min from Charlott nc, and about the same from Nashville. it’s not bad, as long as you stay out of east knoxville, north knox, and north of knoxille, Norris, clinton area is nice, and about 25 min or so from most of knoxville. west knoxville is nice, but also have to deal with traffic.

    sweet! but should have got it with the .40, aka glock 22, :p

    but i like the fill of the glock over the XD’s and you can transport the gun with out permit, as long as it’s unloaded and ammo is out of reach. but you only 18 so you can’t get a permit anyways till you are 21.

    Chimed in to late, but for your info if you ever go Springfield. Go with a 40 xd and buy a 9mm barrel. You can swap them out.

    Don't be getting folks in trouble if you dont know what your talking about. You can carry if gun is unloaded and ammo is in a separate location... Meaning if your in a car and you lr gun is up front and ammo is in the trunk but your back seat can be folded down to access the trunk it is not in a separate location. The two have to be separated securely.
