What have you done to your Tacoma today? 1st Gen Edition

Yes, I'd love to do the disconnect too when I wire it up for real. Where did you get the connector?

I am also thinking of getting LED light strips eventually to go around the interior of the cap...but just getting the current setup wired for now.

Put some superglue on the crack in my windshield washer reservoir tube, not sure what else to do aside from replacing the whole thing

The door jamb latch needed tightening, noticed a little play in it.

The seat belt latch also had alot of play in it so going to tighten that down.

 

265-75-16 IIRC 240 with a fairly light foot aswell, last weekend I went up to LA for TacoFest and to pick up a few things and I got about 160 miles out of the first tank while driving pretty quickly added with traffic , don't remember what I got out of the second tank

 

Let me know how the superglue works out mines cracked too

X2.. Mine's cracked too.. Obviously just under the sensor because the light will come on within a day or two of filling it up, but I'll still have fluid in there. PITA though

i rolled my taco!!









and to anyone else who has rolled their taco, what did you do?
did you just go threw insurance or did you try and fix it by getting a new cab or by putting a roll cage on it like a jeep? i need help deciding what im going to do. i cant tell if it messed up the hood at all. and i cracked my front fiberglass fenders. and messed up the cab obviously. but the bed is totally fine

go through insurance. They will total it.

At that point cut off the sliders and remove bumpers for resale or to put on your next truck.

How do you replace those? The right one on my panel went out but I couldn't figure out how to pull out the old bulb.
