ARB hands down...Of the 2 choices. I really like the Demello or CBI though.

Bumpers are a hard choice. I guess if I can import one from the US I might look at doing that. You dont pay customs if the product is made in the USA and you import it so I would just be paying shipping and taxes.

The truth is everyone up North is running ARB and I personally like to try to make my truck stand out in the crowd. I cant do that with ARB.

I do alot of night skiing with the family. Truth be told one of the reasons I want a new bumper is to have more light options. Every year I have near miss with either deer or moose. I hope I never hit one.................especially the moose but reality is it is probably just a matter of time.

    Thanks

FYI this is what my all pro powder coat looked like after 9 months driving in AB and BC.

The gear shop in Calgary can get you CBI bumpers, I just ordered a rear bumper from them.

Thanks. I appreciate that info. Is this the type of surface rust to expect with plate bumpers. I am a little surprised by that.

I haven't seen an ARB that looked like that....

All pro is based in Cali so I guess there powder coat isn't up to our conditions. I had it sandblasted and re powdercoated locally so will see how it holds up this time.

You should check out cruisin offroads 2nd gen tacoma bumper, it would make your vehicle uniquely awesome and they are based in BC.

Thanks again. I wish there were more choices in Canada. I really like........... cant spell it p...built but I would have to check to see if he could ship one.

ARB is good but it just seems to boxy on the tacoma.

A slew of pricey stuff my wife hates me for.
All-Pro APEX one piece, hands down. Excellent approach angle. Snug fitment directly onto the OEM aluminum bumper mounts. Heavy duty construction. And now they make them out of aluminum as well. I linexed mine.

I was in your shoes awhile back. Having seen my brothers ARB stick off the front of his Tundra I couldn't imagine one on my Taco. Same issue with TJM.

Out of the two. The ARB. I would go CBI or Demello for sure though.

Just my opinion but the ARB bumper is disgustingly bulky and ugly, especially with the stupid headlight tubes.

The stupid headlight tubes serve a purpose...namely protecting the headlights
