I didn't see a rocks & shit B.S. thread so this'll have to do.. does anyone know about rocks ?? I found an interesting one here...

 

Ya see i was digging out an area for a metal shed & it was mostly rock & when I kicked this one out of the way it split apart and this is what i saw..

I've found geodes & things like that, arrowheads here locally, dug sharks teeth out of the gray shale in Kansas, fossilized oysters here in the desert but the plant in the rock is a first, i dig it..

 

Not Feldsapr that is a metamorphic. Would have to sedimentary. Probably has some Feldspar in it. Yeah I have some buddies that are Geo grad students. They spend their time kicking rocks and sayin "Ohh look at that!!" I can't say much I do the same with plants lol but F'in rocks idk
