There is a douchbag around every corner. I just ignore those. Talking about rep in a thread is against the rules and the mods will get on you about it if they are paying attention.

Just brush it off man, you can please everyone. There are endless numbers of dumbasses, and half the time, it appears they prefer TW. Lol

Ok, I pulled it. What bothers me about things like that though is that people can insult you and say stuff with immunity. Seems like THAT would be a violation of the rules there. Oh well. I'm done with it at this point.

Good practice in not letting things that don't matter get to you. Not that I couldn't use a couple of dozen lessons in that myself.

Ended up paying a bit more and getting what we were really after, a 2011 f150 supercrew with the 5.0 coyote. The bed cover, hilift mount, wet okoles are all for sale.

Glad you got what you wanted man!

On a second note, went to the Marion rodeo will Bill. While setting up the display, we decided to pull my truck up on his tire and leave it parked there for the event.

Pics in my build thread. Was a fun event!

Thanks! It's a much nicer truck, and 6 years newer... it has way more cabin space, too.

I also got the new-to-me AC compressor installed and charged up. Hallelujah, the miata has AC! Never did AC work before, I saved a ton of money.

Well after much looking around i finally found my Taco.

This is my first truck. My other car i am keeping. It's a 2000 audi s4 twin turbo stage 2.5. I love the car, but maintenance sucks, parts are $ and its not the most reliable thing. But, its fast and paid off so i'm going to keep it for now.

07 4x4 with 140k miles for 11,300! has a decent amount of scratches but its not abused. Also came with a matching SB bed shell but i took it off as soon as I got home, hated the looks of it on the truck.

Pros- its a 4x4 AC taco? duh. came with a camper shell, seat covers, black/grey interior, trd off road, and sr5 package

Cons- needs new tires, decent bit of scratches, needs new tires, and the 12v outlets and the compass/temp do not work. Owners said he tried changing the fuse and it didn't fix it and he didn't bother with it any more then that...

My plans are leveling it out, cleaning out/black out the head lights, hatoshi (sp?) grill, paint lower valence/wheels/rear bumper black, s2000 antenna, debadge rear and some new tires at the end of the summer.

^^^Looks good man! Some good polishing compound and a buffer would probably take care of the scratches.

Since you have to buy new tires anyway, you should go ahead and decide on your lift size, and maybe wheels with less backspacing, depending on what tire you would like to run.

And the headlights, I smell a retrofit in your future. Do it right the first time, and you'll never have to worry about it again.

ya'll want pics of the audi? it's a sleeper, not much to look at.

And i am a complete noob to trucks/off road. Was thinking leveling it out with maybe a 1.5" lift? i have no idea. Im not trying to spend alot of money on it, as the audi takes a lot of $ just to keep running. new wheels and HID retrofit would be $$
