I've been going back and forth on what kind of lift I want to put on my taco. I've been debating between two of the most popular options - Bilstein 5100's vs OME. The information found on TW is awesome but during my research I've found that people usually ask the same questions and the answers tend to vary based on several variables. In an effort to consolidate the information, I created a survey in Google Docs that asks most of the common questions regarding 5100's. People can then see all of the responses and info in one shared document.

If you've put 5100's on your truck, please fill out this survey and share your information with TW. Everyone can see the results here. Also, please post any pictures of your taco to this thread so we can see the results of your hard work!

Also, check out http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/suspension/258245-old-man-emu-questions-answers-pictures.html for similar info about OME lift specs. If you've got an OME lift, tell us about it. If you want to see people's OME lift specs, go here.

    Enjoy!

Thanks for all the survey responses! Keep them coming!

I'm just wondering if anyone has put 5100's set at 0 with Eibach Coils and the toytec 1/2" top plate spacer?

Would that be better, worse, or equivalent of setting the 5100's at 0.85 with Eibach Coils and no top plate spacer? Is there a ride difference, height difference, or performance difference?
