Seems like I'm missing all the fun dammit! Work is killer... Worked all day today, close to 100 hours this week, and have to be in at 7 tomorrow to repeat this coming week... But can't sleep. Woot... Crunch time. Why do rich people need their stuff in completely ridiculous time frames?

Looks like I missed a mod day?

I need to put a spacer in the front to bring it up an inch.
Does anyone know why OME says not to user a spacer with the 886's?
Chris i know you did and haven't had any issues.

my guess would be because of the stiffness of the coils. they are prob worried about a spacer being too much, that if you flex them, you could break the shock.

Thats my guess too. Most cases 886s and top plate spacers would be to much lift. Thats pretty low for 886s, i doubt a small spacer will cause any problems.

A slew of pricey stuff my wife hates me for.
You're low like I was, spaced will be fine.

Top plate, no preload on the spring.

More likely the case is too much lift.

23.25, 23.5 fronts , 24 in back. Hope you get squared away Rob. Similar happed to me as I had to put the OEM's back on for a couple days. They sent me FJ UCA's, the tapered bolt on the ball joint was too short. Figured out after I checked part numbers and stripped one of them. Wasn't happy.

I have the same numbers 23.75 on pass side. My truck is not on perfect level ground but it is close enough. I will check again in a month or so cause I figure it will settle alittle

Who is our resident electrician? Found out yesterday at my new place that my workshop/garage has lights but no outlet inside. There is a GFI outlet on the outside of the garage but that doesn't help much inside. Who wants to make a quick buck wiring up an outlet?

Tube steps, bull bar and KC Hilites, trifold bed cover, variety of shifter knobs, comparing LED strip options, lift possibilities (prob 2 inch), and exhaust mods to tune growling on low end...
Yup, conceded to the fact things will add on in time... just learning to pace myself...
subsequent post also mentions with the lift comes need for shocks/struts replacement.
also, I expect bigger tires, etc, etc...

    It's all good...
Awesomeness comes with a cost... part of what makes "awesome", eh?!
