I keep hearing about this tsb on the rear leaf spring of the Tacoma's but I don't know what it is all about. What are the problems with the stock suspension and what do they do to fix it, and where do I go to get it fixed?

They upgrade to a 4 leaf pack instead of the shitty 3 leaf pack... The stock 3 leaf pack can't hold up a gumball from squatting the suspension. Constantly bottoming out the bump stops. You're probably too late to switch them out (for frree) since you are past your warranty (most likely)

I also have an 08 TRD, AC OR. Only 35k miles but beyond the age limit of three years. Took it to a Toyota dealership to confirm and price out the upgrade. Over $1800. which Toyota outright refused to do.

This fall I will be installing a Firestone Ride Rite package. Do a search and check these out. Seems to be a popular fix here if your existing leafs aren't broken.

    Figures!

I don't plan on hauling much but camping gear and a dog, and light towing 2-3 days a year maybe. But '13 DCSB PreRunner with 2.7 and SR5.

    PS, thanks.
