Engine Noise at start-up that sounds like a bad pulley bearing. Goes away once engine reaches normal operating temperature. Is very loud on humid mornings and when its cold outside. Here is a video of the noise.

Also belts have been replaced as well as timing belt.

Any input on what it might be and what it costs to replace.

    Thanks!

Cool I also noticed a little bit of coolant that is leaking around the thermostat/water pump area. Goin to replace those and the timing belt as well as fan support bracket. Anything else while I'm in there?

I do not know the service history of your truck. I just mention the fan support because folks tend to look at everything else and toss $$$ at the problem with out FIRST determining the offending part. The support usually starts to make itself known at over 100K. They will "feel" nice and smooth when rotated so they get passed over. There seems to be bad ones and the rest last forever.

It is your call but I sure would listen to all the moving parts first. With a stethoscope/long screwdriver you can listen to the AC idler pulley, AC compressor/pulley, fan support, PS pump and the alternator.

The AC idler pulley tends to make a continuous growl when you put the scope on the center bolt head. Lots of folks will not even hear it going bad until it self destructs and smokes the belt. Other times they squeak. The pulley is mounted low on the engine and is very vulnerable to mud, water and other trail crap. They fail all the time. Just the bearing inside the pulley can be replaced for $5-$10. It is a #6301 sealed bearing that can be had at any self respecting industrial supply house.

The fan support can go for years of seasonal noise but then sometimes not. I listened to mine for 5 years before coughing up the $400+ for the whole assembly. The thing is, when it lets go it usually takes the radiator, fan, fan shroud and PS lines with it. It can even dent the heck out of your hood and perforate your battery. The bearing is a combination roller and single row ball, with the shaft as the inner race. The roller tends to "mash" it's lube out of the way and allows for a tortured squeal until things warm up.

Along with the timing belt and water pump there is a tensioner pulley and an idler that the t-belt rides on. It is now a pretty common practice to replace the idler and tensioner at every 2nd t-belt change. Some folks do the pump at every belt change, others wait. Do some searching, you will find tons of info and how to's.

Again I don't know the service history of your truck. Find out what is wrong and fix it. Then go on and replace everything else you want. Call all that other stuff preventative maintenance to ease your conscience.

Yea, lots of places have them now, different story 5 years ago when I had to bend over.
Rock Auto can be pretty flaky. In some cases you really have to suspect and second guess their applications. If you drill down for a 99 support, you find only a Chinese knock off. Do the same for an 02 and you find only the Aisin and it's listed as a "fan spacer kit". This part is the same and unchanged from 95-04.
On a positive note they have fantastic customer service and always make things right.

I have a bad feeling for the fellow in the Ball Joint thread that ordered 2 lower control arms and 2 ball joints for a bit over $200, I guess we will see.

It was the crankshaft pully assembly. New assembly, timing belt, water pump and crankshaft and camshaft seals. It's running quiter than ever except for to valves ticking which is normal. The fan support bracket was good very smooth rotation so it wasn't the problem.
