Wider + Backspace = better VSC...right?

    I've had a 2.5" OME lift in my truck for 6 months now. Love it except for the VSC occassionaly coming on when I make a quick turn at speed. I'm running stock tires and rims which I want to upgrade once I get the funds. If I back space the rims (or buy rims with more back space)and put on a wider tire the stability will improve and the VSC will come on less, right??? Jerry

    I'd say your best bet is to not make sharp turns at higher speeds, I don't think changing the tires width / wheel backspacing will help at all.
