    Thanks, I like the look much better. Just got to get used to them for actual use though. Mine stuck out so much more I'm used to stepping with plenty of platform. Stepped out of the truck today and totally missed the rail. :eek: I'll get used to it, just have to see how the wife likes them.

    If you know anyone interested in my factory rails, send them my way. Just have to set a price. I'll start a thread for them soon.

    I will say after seeing the Nfabs in person I really like them. I wasn't sure about them at first but had never seen them in person.

    I know the feeling, too. I was at a red light in traffic on South Cobb Dr. and the lady (yes, it was a lady) in front of me got out of her car, walked up to my window, held up an OBVIOUSLY fake sheriff's badge and said "DEA!"

    It was kinda funny to see the look on her face when she saw me, the guy in the passenger seat (who is an MMA fighter and it shows), and my other friend in the back seat (who just so happens to look like a terrorist) :D

    Best part...her tag was 3 months expired :rolleyes:

    Since then I've been carrying handcuffs and a tire checker (I'm only 18 and a lot of local cops don't know that I can legally carry a gun in my vehicle...so I don't want to lose my gun and possibly get a ride in the back of a cop's car)

    I'll have to look at them again but the brackets were up against the lip on the underside of the body. I didn't see any way to bring them out more. But they do look to stick out more on your sig pic.

    I got excited when i seen not chrome untill i seen 1st gen. I would rather have a oem black bumper than my plasti dipped chrome one.

    I got an idea does anyone with a base model have a black bumper that they want to trade for a chrome one?
