FWIW those Toyota tie downs are about $20. I grabbed mine off an army surplus site (can't remember which one) for about $6. I realize some people only want to use OEM but for the more frugal members out there I thought I'd let them know.

 

Check engine light came on during my drive to work, and then went off on my way home...

Just got done changing the spark plugs. Passenger side was cake work. Driver side was kind of a pain squeezing my big hands and fingers in tight places lol

 

Any of y'all know how to tell if they've ever been changed before. All the old ones gaps were at .068 to .075. And the passenger side had denso and driver side had NGK which I know is how they came from factory

are you referring to the tie down cleats on the side rails or the D-rings in the bed?

 

I think he is referring to the D rings. I posted the OEM ones one post above ^

Way cheaper than the bed cleats.

 

It was pretty easy, I used the Army surplus D-rings from the following post and had to boar out the hole and smash them in the vice to keep them from rattling. If I were to do it again, I would probably use the Dodge D-rings from this post http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/2n...nstalled-d-rings-bed-pics-16.html#post4383957. I used the vice and a large socket to push the washer over the treads which was a piece of cake.
