My rear is lifted 8" over stock and I just replaced my u joints and it helped a little but I still get bad vibes and noise.

How can I tell that the carrier bearing is bad? There is a lot of movement in the rubber...

Are you 4x4, or PreRunner? I think anything over 3-4 inches of lift on a 4x4 is going to fuck up quite a number of things.

    4x4

The truck rides good and handles really well. No weird shakes or tracking problems or anything! I just want to get rid of the slight vibrations I have

I've got a 1/2" drop on mine with a 3" lift. Maybe try 1" and possibly shim the rear axle?

wait, so, if im reading this correctly, you have a 6 inch lift with a half inch diff drop in the front? in that case i would do like the above, 1 inch diff drop and possibly a carrier bearing drop.
