LOL! I e-mailed on Monday but wasn't available until Thursday. At least I can take consolation in knowing it ended up with a member on TW. ;)

I already have a set of 2nd gens, but I wanted another set to go bronze/gold, so I guess we're in the same boat. Got any pics of the camper? :D

PS. Nice Aperature sticker... I may or may not have gone on flebay and picked one up just because of that :spy:

I was tempted to get a portal guy and have one on my camper window and the other on my access window but I have my camper off too much for that to make sense.

    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I'll get some pictures of it but here is the one when I first got it...

    Intake, exhaust, lift. Typical stuff.
Diff drop is def an improvement on the 1st gens, not so much on the 2nd. However, you dont get an exact "1" drop", it just drops the front of your diff, putting it at an angle. It wasnt enough for me either.

Matt, do the boot slide mod. I used some brake cleaner on the axle to take the finnish/paint off, applied some 3M Super Weatherstrip Adhesive (local Auto shop should have this) on the axle (let dry until its tacky as per instruction on tube/box), and slide the boot down the axle, over the 3M Adhesive.

Use a worm clamp to tighten down. Be sure to paint any exposed metal on the axle (I used POR-15).

    A good read: http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/1st-gen-tacomas/146070-boot-slide-mod-no-more-blowing-cv-boots.html

A buddy of mine owns a local shop that does all kinds of lighting.

You make them. Mine should be getting here today! Check the link in my sig for the ongoing group buy for them

Damn haha! I kinda have been wanting someone to run under me like that so I can get some money to make a high clearance bumper lol. They'd never make it past my hitch.

As it was mentioned, do the boot slide mod. Wont help the angle but will make the boots last a lot longer.
