New wheels as well, 16's? Looks good.

Yesterday I did the "rattling hood latch" mod. I'm not sure if others have experienced this but before yesterday my hood/ latch would rattle constantly. On the highway it was the worst. The winds and speed gave me a constant rattle. So I took some electrical tape and did a quick wrap around the metal hood latch(the "U" shaped metal piece atached to the hood) and now my hood latches snug. No more rattle sound!

Purchased it with out climbing all the way under to inspect.. Did the first oil change today (10w-30 mobil1 and Toyota filter) and inspected everything while I was under it. Pulled a handful of material from inside the frame rail.. Lame. I got a quote to get it ground out and welded up tomorrow. €80, should hold for two years then I'll sell it before I move back state side.

Not new wheels but different ones. Yes they're 16's. Tires are 315/75 R16 BFG ATs.

No. 3" lift, 1" Body lift. These tires work fine on the street with hardly any rubbing, but I'm sure that off-raod would be a whole other story.

    Yep. Off of my FZJ80

Lots of dust and custom dents, Check Build

They're cheapo ProComp 5" lights behind the grill. The satoshi is a thin lip, 1" deep, to help with space. The lights are mounted to a BAMF light bar, and the wires go straight up and aren't touching anything. Aim seems quite good although there isn't a bunch of space to move them around.

    Bone stock. For now.
Let's see, what did I do to mine today...oh yeah, bought it! Woo Hoo!!

I am the proud new owner of this '03 DC 4x4! Exactly what I wanted! One of the cleanest engine bays that I've seen on a truck this old. If you look in the top right hand corner of the engine pic you'll notice that the previous owner had a set of lights wired up already. So I've already got that party done!

Do rotors from a 2nd gen fit on my truck? Stock calipers. And im running 15" rims if that matters

2nd gen rotors require at least a 16" wheel.

I don't need new ones. My dad is upgrading his rotors and pads for towing so I wanted to see if I could take advantage of his old stuff since its basically new
