You're telling me...luckily they're only like $12. Bad part is that this is gonna have to wait till after the move to get done now...

Anyone on here with a license plate beginning in RFL? Lifted pre-runner? If so, I passed you on 95 today.

Also, saw someone taking a picture of my truck on the interstate... That felt good

Just going off the current topic for a bit.

    What are reputation points?

    How do you earn them?

How do you give someone repuatation points?

What is the purpose of reputation points?

I have 2052 reputation points. (YAY, I guess?)

Yes, I know what reputation means, LOL!

I have been wanting to ask about that for SO LONG & I always forget to.

    Thanks!

When I see you guys I will show you how it looks on my truck. I don't think there is a bad location to install this. The higher the better I guess.

Tac, for me, I really don't get wrapped up in what other persons on the net think about me. I take the internet FWIW, I have made posts trying to help, to have fun, or to learn. I'm sure some I've posted is not correct, it happens.

PK. I feel the same way. Your 3 reasons for posting are my 3 reasons also. I have learned a lot from people here (you included), had fun, & have been able to help a few people along the way. I've never been on any forum before. I like what you posted.

I just didn't know how that works. It caught my attention because I read a post once where the poster said "rep points to you!" & I was curious.

I've read some rants on forums sometimes that just blow me away. Life is too short and there are many more imporant things to be concerned with than rep points.

Agreed & I like what you posted. Just curious on how the rep points work.

    Thanks PK!

    :)

Bottom left corner of someone's post, there's an icon that looks like a scale or something. Click that and you can add rep points...there is usually positive, neutral, and negative rep, but I think they took away the negative rep because of the butthurt that people experience...

I have 49,210 points...now if only there was a way to poverty them to dollars...

System is a bit silly here...green bars under your name are supposed to signify your trustworthiness or something, but I can give someone rep, and by doing so max out their green bars...that's all that I believe anyone else can see about your rep...you have 2k, and I have Lacoste 50k, but we are the same. Lol.

butthurt..... That word makes me laugh

OK. I see how it works now & yes, I wish it could be turned into cash! Of course, I will be broke next to you :D

When you click on the scale the choices are:

    I approve
    I disapprove
    Your comments on this post:

Well, thanks for the explanation Dan. Personally, I'll just stick to writing what I feel.

    Thanks bud

FWIW on MTBR, my sig is we don't need no stickin reps.

My co worker is semi addicted to research on the net. He constantly comes up with new ideas he learned on the net. I used to tell him it was wrong when it was, which is often. Now I just say go try it and walk away. He then keeps asking why it's wrong.

Found a condo that we like...decided to rent for a year or two just to be sure it's what we want before we buy...

Like it soo far...great neighbors. Ohh, and I have already had neighbors tell me they love my truck and one put a note on it telling me it's sexy...

    :woot:

You'll get half a bar and like it...
