Modify Bench Seat????

    Has anyone successfully made it where there bench seat will recline a little more back??? If so could somebody share how they done it or a link to a write up???

    Thought I'd share how I done this:

    I used a 14mm socket and ratchet,
    Die grinder with burr bit
    Screwdriver-phillips

    First I took of the plastic side panels(2 screws on each)

    Then I took out the front bolt and loosen the rear bolt

    I also left my seat where I like it so once I took both sides out, I let it rest against the back of cab, then I used my burr bit and made the hole bigger.

    Used a magnet to pick up shavings.

    Put bolts back in, tightened them all up and now I have a gangster lean with my bench seat!!!

    Took about 20 min. I didn't take seat out, and if you wanna put back to factory all you have to do is move the seat back to the original spot. Hope this helps somebody!!!

    Where did you get those seat covers? It looks like they fit real nice on the bench seat.
