Ok looks like I am only free on Saturday. I need to look up the address for the safeway where we met last time, so I will add that later.
Lets meet there at 9:30, roll out hopefully by 9:45.
PM me if you want my cell number, or I will just keep checking this thread the morning of.

    Can't make it Saturday :(

Whoever goes, have fun and be "safe". Might be able to meet up later in the evening if anyone plans on grabbing food/beer after a day of wheeling :notsure:

A while back there was a meet at Will's house (great time by the way and met some nice guys) -- there was a "parts bin" that I put some stuff in. All this in saying that I am getting an OME lift put on the truck and wonder if there is anything they will take off/replace/have left over that anyone wants/needs? I normally don't collect what is taken off but this thread has me wondering if there is anything anyone can use?

Scheduled to go in 11/4 so either post up here or DM me if you need anything they will be taking off....

    Stay safe!!

That's cool they are willing to install the OME, rather than push the Revtek on you.

Odd you would mention that -- their first "suggestion" WAS the Revtek -- but calmer heads prevailed -- and those that write the check won the argument. I wanted the OME and voila - it appeared!! But you were right..... ;-)

I'm wishing I had it put on. I spent the day today busting a tie rod trying to remove steering rack ball joint while performing a DIY old man emu lift on the wife's 4Runner. Luckily good old Benson is going to give me a hand tomorrow. Hopefully good news to come soon.

Thanks for that - - was over there this morning getting appointment and arranging some other miscellaneous add ons -- I mentioned re-aiming all the lights and re-torquing after five hundred miles. Will keep that in mind when I drop her off -- and make a note when I take it back in. The initital quote for the OME is about $1500.00 with the install - I think - so it will be around that plus a few hundred for the other trinkets. He did mention an alignment intitially -- the second will be a topic when I drop her off!! Thanks!!!!

I do wish I was more handy - or not so wrench-tarded - but this seems pretty major! Best of luck with your project -- I am sure it will turn out great!!

Thanks to ben it was a successful OME lift install for the 4 runner. Couldn't be more pleased with outcome. Benson you are the man. Thanks for your help.

I just found this forum and thought I'd introduce myself. I picked up an '08 Double cab last week and am learning about these newer Toyotas as I read more here. Anyway, I live in Olalla and work at Bangor. I'd be interested in attending one of your Mod day events if it comes up again (or hosting, I have a two post lift) and meeting some local guys into the hobby. I could use some help with a couple mods and get some ideas on aftermarket parts.
