I believe the 3 BFG mud kings are load range D. They look a lot newer than the Mastercrafts.

I looked at them but I want A 35 and if im going to get a brand new set im just going to go with the treadwrights..

Ive kept up with the frenchy build and if I was going to run leafs that's the way id go for sure! but I have some other ideas.. Im still at the same spot as before though, collecting all the expensive junk haha but also waiting to get my new shop built cause the space im working from now is literally like 8' wide and I have no space as it is to work on anyones truck so I cant go taking up that space with my junk in the way cut into thousands of pieces

Yea finally seeing the ad on a computer helped and those mastershits are pretty worn, still a good deal seeings as two of them should last close to half of whats left from the mud kings.. im just unsure if I want to goto 15's or not and lose my 16's

So are you thinking about coilovers or something like a fj80 with coil springs? I have seen a bunch of part out 80s on craigslist. I bet u could get a front axle for pretty cheap. It would have a lot of hardware with it too. A fj80 hybrid taco would be rather bad ass.

That it would! but I already have everhything to do the swap via TG but its all leaf springs.. Im looking into the ORI's & 3 or 4 link with the marlin crawl box.. the crawl box, ORI's. regear, locker and 37's are the biggest $$ items left to get otherwise id be ready to go now, other than lack of space!

Im also still unsure if I want to fully commit to 5:29's and 37's all the time or 4:88 and 35 since I plan to still dd it and just run 4:88 with 37's for trips.. but hopefully soon ill be taking this new welding job and once I start there ill be up cutting away stock parts directly! Im hoping to have the new job by new year and then start building the shop and once its up and the lift is installed ill start my truck..

Ori's are like 1200$ a pair correct? From what i've seen though, they are good for what you will be using them for.

After i get my foxes (which are on the way to my apartment now..) get some 285 wardens, my RTT, my bedrack, im gonna pretty much call it and divert back to my SAS chillin at my place, im on the fence about trying to get used 35's for like 400-500 when i could just get brand new guard dogs in 35's for like 600$shipped.

as far as suspension, im not sure what works best for rock climbing and thats where the hours of research will go into place.

Sounds like a plan. 4.88 is about as high as i would go. If you are doing a crawler box then you really dont need 5.29s unless you have like 44"s i would think. You will have such a low gear ratio it will be ridiculus.

you might have told me but i forgot, for the crawler box are you going 4.7s or 2.28s?

5.29s seems like it would be way too low of a ratio with the box too so id go 4.88s

if for some reason you dont do the marlin box then id deffenetly go with the 5.29s
