Found a deal that's too good to be true...what do you think?

So I'm still looking for a Tacoma, and I'm not really in much of a rush, but the other day I came across this insane deal. It's so good of a deal that I'm thinking it might be a scam. There's a lady selling a near-perfect 1999 Tacoma for $2,100. It only has 130,000 Kms (most are highway) on it, garage kept its whole life, oil changed every 5,000 kms, 4 cylinder 4x4.

    Now onto the weird part.
The truck was posted on a website for only local ads, and I've learned now it's not local. There was no phone number in the ad and some of its information was incorrect. I emailed her asking if I could come look at the truck and she avoided that question and told me some details about the truck. In the ad, it said it's a 1999 Prerunner Edition. You guys probably know that means 6 cyl, RWD.
In the email, she said it's a 4x4, 4 cylinder engine. Still, a Tacoma in perfect condition for a little over 2 grand? I want it. I tell her I have the money in cash and want to buy it from her. Now some VERY sketchy stuff starts happening.
The truck is in a military base in North Carolina. That's not local; it's across the continent. She's saying she will pay for shipping it here (which will most likely cost more than the truck itself) and give me a week to decide if I still want the truck or not after it gets here. The payment will be through Google Wallet, her choice, because it's safe and secure. I don't know the actual terms and conditions of Google Wallet, but according to her, the $2,100 will be sent to a Google account, and then after the 1 week I get with the truck, it will be released to her if I OK it. This is a very foreign concept to me, and it's freaking me out.

Another false detail: In her email she says it's an automatic and the automatic engine shifts very smoothly. I asked her to send me more pictures of the truck, so she did, and some of the interior clearly show it's a manual. At first I just clocked it up to her not knowing anything about vehicles in general, but you obviously know the difference between automatic and standard no matter who you are. The extra pictures she sent me also all have a very subtle watermark on them in the bottom right corner. It appears to say AUCTION. Here they are:

Am I being paranoid or does this sound sketchy to you guys as well? Very sorry about the wall of text.

It's a scam for the shipping charges, I forget how it works but they exploit Paypal's lack of coverage for shipping fraud. Paypal's terms if you read them closely specifically exclude fraud rregarding vehicle purchases. I learned this when selling my Jeep Wrangler on eBay, I posted a pretty high asking price and instantly got 4 emails from individuals all with the same story within 5 minutes after posting the auction. The scam happens both directions.

Here is a paragraph from Craigslist.

It is at the bottom of every ad.

"Avoid scams, deal locally! Do NOT wire funds (Western Union, Moneygram).
Beware cashier checks, money orders, shipping, non-local buyers/sellers."
