Any bites on your house yet to sell?

 

We are going to rent it until we decide otherwise, rentals are hard to come by in my community, so I'm going to try and leverage that. The plan right now is to move out there around June and get a short term lease on an apartment and look for a house to rent while we build. If things go well I will reach out to Jennifer when we are visiting in May next year to touch base and get some ideas, then go from there.

We still don't know what we want, property south of Denver or within driving distance of friends we have yet to make. Hopefully she can steer us in some direction.

Well the great thing about CO things aren't very far apart. I just made it from my neighborhood in Johnstown to my parents in The springs in 2hr 35min. Keep looking and keep us in the loop for when you are coming out.

That's Rudy's BBQ. And this was my brisket loaded baked potato.

Also had 1 lb of turkey and a jalapeño sausage. Some cream corn, potato salad and banana pudding. I have a date with my treadmill in the morning.

Trinity is good but stop by bristols new location.

Yeah I've been following all his group buys. They are always during a time that's not good for me. They look very nice and people have great reviews on them.
