    The only time I hate eating is when I'm having my last shake of the day. I usually drink it laying in bed, right before I go to bed and II'm struggling to stay awake lol. Other than that, I LOVE eating...meal prepping, not so much

    5 cans of tuna is $3.45 here in GA :p

    I just put a new cd/mp3 player in my truck yesterday and my g/f didn't bitch at all b/c I told her anytime she rides in it, she can control the music. Now, why couldn't she be so understanding about my Hella 500's and Satoshi?!

    Oh, I already have and she just didn't understand. The wiring for the Hella's was pretty easy. I'm sure the PIAA's are exactly the same. The hardest part was getting them through the firewall. Coat hanger and duct tape FTW

    get your supp priority right lol... you need AT LEAST protein, a multi, and IF you can BCAAs.... that creatine is doing nothing for you right now... unless you were cutting and wanting cushion for joints and muscles...

    if you do it right that would only cost you 70-100 like every two months

    maybe that's my problem
    i'm not getting stronger on bench
    and its either lack of sleep, or because i'm not taking BCAAs (i'm only taking protein and pre-workout with creatine in it....but i think there are BCAAs in both of those :notsure:)

    Only thing I'm taking right now is protein and a few fish oil capsules per day. Casein is overrated IMO...I'd just go buy a big ass tub of cottage cheese. I only take creatine 6 months out of the year. I cycle it for 3 months on/3 months off, so a small tub of creatine for $14 lasts all year. I always cycle off in the summer b/c of the water retention

    you need sleep. sleep is where your HGH takes effect and your body starts repairing. you dont need BCAAs as long as your diet is great. BCAAs just help that little bit more.. ya know? Protein helps build your muscles... which is why chicken and other low fat meats are perfect

    I've heard BCAA's work, but I've never tried them. I might give ON's BCAA supp. a try, but I don't think it's going to be a significant enough change to notice a change in your bench. Most protein and pre-workouts that have creatine and BCAA's in them don't have enough in there to do anything (~3g creatine). I think they just put trace amounts in there so that they can say they're in there.

    I had my suspicions, but Sean T is gay?

    A trainer I trust at my gym swears by BCAA's. To each his own though. I'm on my pre-workout, BCAA's, creatine, protein, and glutamine. Weeeeeeeeee.

    I had my suspicions, but after I saw the infommercial on the 'hip hop abs' I knew he was queerer than a bag of dicks lol

    I've never tried them, so I can't knock them, but my girlfriend is in Nursing school and they've been learning about amino acids and her teacher says BCAA's are one of the few supps out there that aren't complete bullshit
