Thinking the hankooks might just be worth a try. Gonna order a set up and get to clearance for them.

Who can do a cab mount chop locally???

Any issues with cutting it all out and then having a plate put in later?

Just push the cab mount back a touch farther than the firewall/fenderwell area and you will be good to go. The actual fender well is where you will rub, without tubbing these is not much you can do about it. Obviously do the pinch weld at the same time.

Got it. Just wondering if I need to cap it off immediately once cut back?

Pinch weld is gonna go flat when I cut up the fender flares and fenders.

PM me your address, I'll send you a couple chop plate covers so when you do the chop you can use them as a template to trace around. Chop accordingly, weld in the covers when you get a chance, it wont hurt to run em without being covered, just looks cleaner and keeps out some of the muck.

Sweet thanks. Seems like folks do some pretty deep cutting to get the 35s in there.

It's unholy how bright this thing is. Not for highway use unless you want to ruin a motherfuckers day!

This! There's a lot of lights on the front end of this thing now! Also, it's for the asshats with HID's in there stock housings.

Oh yeah, never mind. It'll be covered up on the highway... Which do they have covers for these? Gonna have to go through VA inspection in April.
