Slimwood, did you have to mess with the ARB bumper at all?

It is a must. One, just so it will line up with the fender flare, and two because the tire will hit it when stuffed. Look at pictures in my build thread, I am stuffed and am almost hitting it now.

    Not a Stocko Taco.
Littlebluetaco has trimmed a pile off his ARB as well. From what I know if its not trimmed shredding tires can be very easy to do.

Your 35" Pics start on page 39 of your build. Page 41 has some of the cutting.

What BIT did you use in the Jigsaw? Also, what did you use to cut the HCRB and the ARB?

Did you just tape off, then measure ~2" and trace around?

You leave any 'tabs' similar to the way Homer and others did? Or just buzzed everything off clean edged?

If you don't already have the bumper yet you can have it made shorter than standard. I had Adam at Armortech Offroad build my rear with 2" shorter side wings in anticipation of cutting my wheel wells. It lined up perfect and it saved me from having to cut it myself and have a new end plate welded on.

I like that. No, No rear bumper yet. I am, however, making a note of that. -2" in the fab process.

Just a little, umm errr aaaa, MOD to your topper. Have you considered getting your Topper doors WRAPPED in a High Gloss finish? It would give the fiberglass the appearance of Glass there to break up the solid color back there.

Alternatively, you could PLASTIDIP and use a GLossifier on top of the dip. I feel it would bring a nice look to it. Either way. Nice setup.

Just have always been partial to the broken up look similar to an SUV of the toppers.

    Ever consider such a task?

I used a cutoff wheel on my grinder for both bumpers as well as the bed side for the bumper install. I used a jigsaw for the fender and fender flare arcs...

Any insight on the actual toothed blade you used? Finer? or was it one of those carbide bits for iron?
