Well, they're smaller, typically. They've got a stronger "turkey" flavor than the farmed ones, but you have to be careful not to dry them out because they seem to have less fat than the farmed birds.
Plus you can't eat the drumsticks. They're good for boiling for soup stock or gravy, but the birds spend their entire lives walking and running around, so the legs are pretty damn chewy.

    Hm.
I can't speak for Gator (never tried it), but I had Rattlesnake in Vegas and that actually does taste like chicken. Stringier, though.

I was going to say, you now have that fancy 'hot rodded' pellet gun that I'd be willing to bet would take out a turkey. Let 'er rip!

The wild ones are a lot tougher, less meat and the meat is tougher. A lot of people don't even eat the legs of the wild turkeys, they're not as fat as the farmed ones.

Fried gator nuggets are ridiculously delicious. Go find a mom and pop diner that has gator and prepare to fall in love.

I'll have a full report. Also, backcountry.com has this years on sale for $350 or thereabouts.

Nope I didn't sell em yet. Not a priority currently. But I want to get rid of em soon!

5'6". I prefer smaller boards anyway. Easier to whip around. I used to ride park a lot until that whole broken back thing.

Wheeling was fun. When we first started in I was like wtf will all the water but it dried out abit and was fun. Alittle different than when we went, cause it was just a big conga line thru woods until the end. Some of the guys tried to climb a big rock/boulder.

I hate mud... But it was fun! It was entertaining watching the other people in the group taking shots at climbing the rock. Pretty impressed by Steve's jeep! It made me want a TW trip really bad!

I was reminded how much I need new skids though. Kicked a pretty good sized log up and put a decent crater in my skid plate under the oil pan... Sounded like a cannon going off.
