I figured out a new way to do the blinker mod. You will need 2 resistors and 4 diodes. So two diodes and a resistor per side. Both Diodes are parallel to the bulb one diode get the resistor and that will be your parking light. the blinker just gets the diode.

Didn't wanna start a whole new thread so I thought I'd ask this here... How much u think this truck is worth?

    2004 Tacoma prerunner V6
    TRD Off Road SR5
    220,000 miles
    Donahoe coil overs
    Deaver rear leafs
    Fox resi rear shocks
Borla (I think?) cat back exhaust
    K&N intake
    Throttle body spacer
    Tow package

Now for the bad stuff, leaking head gasket, bald tires, and probably about time for a new timing belt/water pump, and a majorly pitted windshield. Other than these things the truck is in decent shape and the coil overs I think were recently rebuilt... What do u guys think?

Hmmm, that's a though one, I paid 7k (and I feel I over paid :smash:) for my 2000 w/ 12X,XXX and 4x4 but it's a 4 banger base model. Just an idea of what others paid I guess

Edit: when I saw your truck out in Ocotillo last February I would never have guessed it had over 200k, it looked clean!

Yea it's tough because it's got a lot of good aftermarket parts and suspension, but the leaking head gasket and bald tires have got to depreciate it a lot too...

Ah I see, you should take some of them mods for yourself :spy: lol but really though, as you probably already know mods don't add much value towards a sale. Not a day goes by that I don't regret buying my truck because I always see built trucks going for only a grand or two more than stock ones :smash: I'll let the other guys chime in on what they think it's worth, hope you guys figure something out!

3" lift EIBACH coils w/ 5100's front, OME/ Dakar leaf springs w/ toytec adjustable shackles at 1.5" and 5125's out back. 33x10.5x15 KM2's Relentless DIY steel bumper.

I have a similar truck and I paid 7k with 164k miles (2001 DCSB). That being said you can maybe add 1k for the nice suspension. But now start subtracting for all the work that needs to get done. If a shop is gonna do the work then your looking at about $600 for timing belt/ water pump kit, maybe $800 atleast for the head gasket job, and then about $600 for new tires and that's if you go with cheap ones. So looking at about $2k in repairs atleast I would think. I'd say try and get that truck for $6,000 if possible, also gotta factor in it has 220k miles.
