    Hey all
I'm from Roanoke, not really central Virginia area but I just got an OME lift from toytec and was wondering if anyone knew of a garage around the Roanoke area and surrounding areas that could install it and potentially more work on the truck down the road. All of the places I've called keep telling me they won't install it. Looking for some feedback.
    Thanks
    Cameron

I think this is where I need to post... I'm thinking of buying a 4runner from a dealer in Fredericksburg, but I would like someone to check it out to check for rust and such. Is there anyone in that area that would be willing? It's at Woodyard auto sales. I really want it looked at for any damage not shown in the pictures, frame rust, suspension rust, funny tire wear, things like that. If someone would be willing to test drive it, that would be even better. It's a stick shift...

Hey guys. This is my first post on here. In October I got my Tacoma and now I want to lift it. I'm looking into a 6 inch lift mainly because I'm pretty tall and it seems low to the ground. I'm a college student and also work so I barely have any free time, much less time to go off road, unless I make a trip back to NC to visit friends. I was wondering if there are any shops around the Chesterfield/Woodlake area that people recommend. I stopped by VST (Virginia Solar Tinting) today and got a rough estimate of $4000 for 6 inch lift, alignment, rims, tires, chip to correct speedometer, and labor. Any input would be great. Thanks.

IMO don't get a 6 inch no matter how talk you are. (Ask ruggedT, he had one). Get a good 3 inch, there's plenty of people that will help in exchange for food and beer. Alignment just go to Firestone or someplace. Again, IMO a chip for the speedo is worthless, just get an ultragauge and calibrate it or get used to the difference, I barely look at my ultragauge now for speed, I'm used to the difference so I know how fast I'm going.
