I know. I'm trying to fix and add stuff, but my computer is broken so I'm using this crappy old one I have and it's awful.

Rebent the mount for my antenna and added a ground to the frame beside the battery. I also recoiled the extra coaxial into a figure 8 shape instead of a circle and that cleared up almost all of the static and my reception is VERY good.

I'm happy with that, but not the holes I've drilled. I've got about 5 extra holes under my hood now and it looks shitty. Any suggestions on filling them?

Upgraded to a Wilson 1000 with a 5 foot whip. Much much much better. I'll tune it tomorrow.

The wind was gusting rather well, hence the antenna bending.

Took off those extra badges on the tailgate.

Also changed my rear diff and T case fluids. We'll see if it drives any different!

Tacked up the sliders today! Didn't do serious welding because my uncle's welder wasn't laying good enough beads. I may need to end up paying someone... Oh well.

After that, I came home to a package...

oh yes. I'll be wiring this up to the spare channel on my amp. If anyone knows of a way to have this speaker toggle on and off when I want it to, let me know!

Time to roll around campus being obnoxious. This combined with my CB PA speaker should make i easy.

Second PA is wired up! I have a video on my instagram. It's really clear considering how loud it gets. I can just leave my windows down to let my sub fill out the lows. :D White is for my headunit, the black is connected to my CB. Both are just ziptied in.

Pretty sure I blew the large white PA speaker hooked up to my headunit. Will check tomorrow. Might try to clean up some of the mess of wires tomorrow too.

Haven't got the sliders on yet. The welder we were using was laying good beads, so I'm looking for someone to put them on for me.

Deckplate first impressions : LOVE IT. Make the exhaust sound much throatier and deeper. I don't buy into the "huge HP gains" people claim, but it sounds sick and gave me something to do today.

And yeah. I have the speaker hooked into the right channel on my amp, my sub is on the left.

The way I turn it on and "off" is I just use my headunit controls to change the frequency crossover to where the output to the amp is 100hz and below. The sub plays those frequencies fine, but the PA can't play them at all, so nothing comes out. When I want to cut it on, I just change the crossover for the amp to "through" which plays all frequencies and it plays.

I had a buddy with me and turned the amp's bass boost to 12, had my headunit running bassboost with the lows all the way up and the loudness on.

Didn't think and turned on the PA and I guess I blew it. Not sure, honestly. It's super cold here so I didn't check too far into it.

I hope I didn't blow it, because it's going to be a bitch to take out.

Woke up to a leaking upper radiator hose. Can't believe Toyota red coolant is $30 a gallon?!?!?

    Organized some wires today!

Finally ran my amp wires under the carpet so I could turn it sideways. Now I don't have wires all over the place.

Moved my CB mic mount. Looks cleaner.

My exhaust now with the deckplate mod.

    18 inch magnaflow.

    Thanks!

I found that it was full of ice. I might let it sit and drain out more and see, but I'm sure it's blown.

Put my sliders on last night!

This guy's shop was huge! A corvair, 2 studebakers, a two of bikes, and old Ford pickup he was restoring, an MG, a mustang an Amphicar, a Model A and a few others. This guy is where I want to be.

Only picture I have so far.

Left early this morning and now I'm back at JMU. Sadly, this means the modding will slow down a bit now.
