Oznium.com is a good choice. Make sure you get the little black plastic holders to go with them. Gives your install a factory look.

Plastic holders are a must. They do make it look factory.

I got mine from the 1michiganer guy that Rapr bought his from. Hopefully they last.

I got all my supplies in today. Hopefully starting this weekend or next week. I decided to give 1michiganger's LEDs a shot because he had a decent price on the flat wide angle bulbs. My only complaint with him so far is the lights, holders, and paperwork he sent smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. I have nothing against smokers, but prefer my items don't come to me smelling of it.

I was thinking of trying a flush mount LED bolt from oznium.com in my center console. What does everyone think? Will they draw too much power from a splice off the light on the gear identification? Will one provide enough light?

Those LED bolts are awesome. I almost ordered some from ORACLE that are similiar but $20 EACH!!!!!

    They should be fine spliced.

From the Oznium site is says that the Bolt uses .46 watts. That's the equivalent of two 5mm LEDs - very little load.

For reference, I have 7 LEDs spliced into my gear shift light circuit with no problems, of course it's less than 2 additional watts - almost nothing.

    Go for it!

I was advised by others that the dimming door light is regulated by the ECU and I didn't feel comfortable tapping into this circuit because of the potential problems (burnt-out ECU?).

Some have done this with no problems - others have had issues. So you can tap into the circuit at the A pillar - but it's my understanding that you better know what you're doing.

If I were determined to have this function, a separate circuit with a separate door actuator was suggested - a bit more involved than I was willing to take on.

Let us know what you come up with.

Yeah those ones are in this thread back a few pages.

The ones in my grill will shine straight down from the top inside of the grille. Hopefully one in the middle will light up my devil horn emblem.

The door pockets have been on my mind also

    crap bolted and welded together....
RAPR, my local man. How would you wire things up to have a switch for use whenever, YET also have them come on with door open/close.

My theory is a 3 way switch (on1-off-on2). on1 wired for just the leisure of turning on/off whenever, on2 always left on for door unless switched to on1. Make sense?

Im just not 100% how to wire that together to work lol

Sounds right to me. Wiring it - I would have to start wiring (hands on) then my damn brain would figure out how as I go..LOL.

For door you'd have to tap into the wire that does the dome light and shit. Then have that wire go to "on2"
