Sounds pretty sick! I really like how your truck sits, I want that exact setup, except I think Im going with the defined engineering springs.

I have heard that the AP front bumper is a little weak, which is why I may go demello...

I may have already replied in the past (too lazy to look), but damn those wheels look great on your truck. I'll admit I'm jealous...making me think about ditching my Enduros

Finally got the snorkel installed. Truck seems a lot happier with it.

I will def jump on the caravan. I have that whole week off, so i'll just go with the flow and leave when everyone else comes through wed. or thurs.

Give me a shout, when your up this way. PM sent.

Thanks! Yea, I cut out the fenders during the summer. Plenty of room now. Pretty straight forward process. 3 bolts and the rest of the clips hold each flare on. They are solid. I'm going to make some fender liners in the Spring out of ABS sheets.

Did you just cut the bottoms off of the flares or did you cut the center and bond the two pieces together?

I did not bond the pieces back together. I did almost the same thing as NYCO did here:cool::
    http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/2nd-gen-builds/157700-nyco-build-thread-90.html#post7163800

Except, I didn't cut the inner metal fender off, I cut it into sections vertically and bent the metal pieces towards the truck. This will give me a place the bolt my ABS fender liners later on. I also used regular bolts, not carriage (zinc coated for the winters up here). I cut and plastic welded 3 of the plastic clip retainer pieces on each flare to make a solid tight fit for the bolt.

Well, I have been monitoring my Ultraguage. My intake temps went down 20+ degrees. Truck just seems to have more power and response. Nothing to report on gas mileage yet.

I do, but most places up here are still running winter gas i think.

    1.8MPG increase over 5 tanks.

once Costco changes gas, it should be soon, i'll bet I see a bit more of an increase.
