Just noise. No mileage gain and no more power unless you have a supercharger. Wasting your money for no gains otherwise.

I agree. CAI's are a waste of money. Most of them are overpriced anyway. Save your money for some better mods.

Supercharger will help hp, and eggshell shoe soles will help mpgs. There's really no gadget that is going to help there. Just sensible driving. I am currently on my 2nd tank of ethanol-free gas to see if that might help...

^^ Exactly what he says ^^

Other than a S/C there is no bolt on item that will give you any "real" Hp gains. Mileage depends on your driving habits more than anything.

naturally aspirated mods and dyno numbers

forced induction mods and dyno numbers

Dont get the newest all plastic trd intake, its a pos and makes trucks run lean.

    Check into

    Afe
    Urd
Volant (also known to cause problems sometimes)
And there may be more I'm missing.

    U should also look into
    Headers
    Y pipe
    Maf calibrator
    And of course the supercharger

Does the blower make it sound mean?

Only if the person is aware of what a roots blower sounds like and the potential of it.
Does it change the trucks mpg? Not at all.... Your foot is at fault, not the supercharger.

If you buy the TRD S/C it will fall under factory warranty.

    See Build Thread
S/C doesn't affect warranty if the dealership installs. You're out of factory warranty anyways.
