Installed some LR UCAs yesterday. Hell of a difference.

While I was in there, I heard an odd clunking. I noticed my front diff was rocking when I spun the hub. I took the skid plate off and sure enough, the diff was barely holding on. The frame was just replaced last month so Toyota must have "forgot" to tighten it. What else did they cut corners on then?

I'd go and nut and bolt the entire truck. It'll take some time but well worth it.

Pretty much my plan. I will be working on it again next weekend so I will check more hardware. I still have a hard clunk up front when I hit bumps so now I'm wondering if the motor mounts or transmission are tight.

You have to take into consideration that the old ones are in fact old and worn down. I didn't measures mine and they fit. A bit snug but that's good. I used the black ones they were energy suspension ones

The problem wasnt with the polyeurathane parts, it was the brass bushings that were an issue I believe. I ordered my kit from Toytech and they included both size brass bushings so you cant go wrong.
