Washed her up and discovered that pledge multi surface cleaner kicks ass inside the truck. You can just spray everything including windows and electronics.

It's really easy, mine only took about 4 hours, over 3 days to let things dry properly.

It doesn't look like it in the pic but there is about 1/4" gap.

Coilovers and uniball UCAs are probably the cause of the clunk, it's normal.

Clunks are bad. Means things are smacking when they shouldn't.

I'm running uniball UCAs in order to get rid of a clunk. ;)

Afraid lol nah not afraid. She gets annoyed of all the projects I have with my truck and I can never hear the end of it. She gets annoyed then I get annoyed haha. Maybe if I had my own garage to work in I wouldn't get so much crap about it from her. But it took me about a week for dry times including paint as well.

Haha I hear you! My girlfriend is constantly telling me that I care more about my Tacoma than her. She gets so annoyed that I'm always doing something to it.

Cool, I was thinking about turning my extra grill into a thin lip with raptor letters...
Yeah, I know how to do a regular satoshi. I'm talking about a thin lip like this.

Yeah, I knew about those. Wasn't sure if he made his own though. $50 is a lot for some metal letters... Haha

Love the front end man. I want to do the same with my truck as I really dont like the 01-04 grilles. I have the new grille insert but what did you use to cut out the middle of the old one?

-edit- Just realized that is not your truck so sorry if I'm asking questions you don't have the answer to.

    Haha yeah, not mine.

But here is a how-to. It's a 2nd gen but it has the exact same steps.

Thanks, I'll see if my dad has the proper attachment for his dremel and I'll get to work. I was gonna use a hacksaw originally but I feel like it'd be a pain to work with in the tight spaces. I checked out your build thread btw, your truck is sexy as hell. I'm jealous :D
