I don't think I'll mind the height. Probably about 400lbs-500lbs will be back there often.

3" lift EIBACH coils w/ 5100's front, OME/ Dakar leaf springs w/ toytec adjustable shackles at 1.5" and 5125's out back. 33x10.5x15 KM2's Relentless DIY steel bumper.
The toy tec shackles I have are adjustable and stout, twice as thick as the stock shackles. I have them at the 6" mark which nets about 1.5" of lift/ droop. But they are adjustable from 5",6", and 7" (1",1.5",2")

Nice, I forgot about those. My main reason for getting AllPro shackles was because of free shipping as well as the built in zerks.

Shouldn't the Toytec shackles be the same fitment as oem? And aren't you running oem shackles?

I plan on going with 6" shackles too and I'm already at 4.5-5" of lift out back :anonymous:

But I'm doing new shackle hangers and moving them forward so I'm cheating hehe

Pretty sure Boxrocket is running AllPro shackles with OME leafs, so would it work the other way around as well?

Yeah I've read the allpro shackles and leafs only work with each other. I've thought about getting expos once I get a hard top shell. Once I do I guess I'll have to get the allpro shackles as well. Also, being able to grease the shackle bushings on the AP's is a big +. But for now I'm enjoying my TT shackles.

Yeah, only reason I got Expos is because I know I'll need it later when there's a bed rack, RTT, and swingout bumper on the back.

I made sure to buy the greaseable main eye bolts as well. Plan to just cut out all the stock stuff instead of trying to remove it safely carefully haha

Yeah for now. Eventually I get some Icon resies with 650lb coils. Probably not until at least next year. My Eibach/Bilstein combo is still serving me well.

Do you have any pics of your header panel or core support from when you had your headlights and grille out for the retro? I'm looking into converting to 01-04

If you care......the AllPro shackles work fine with my OME springs. The OME bushings have a slightly smaller shoulder so the top of the shackle pulls in a little farther than the bottom, but it's a very small amount. I've been running mine that way for 3 + years now with zero problems.

Nope, haven't done any of my wiring...

Still need to set up my switch mount, relay box mount, and install the new ballasts. I was going to so it today since it got up to 45 but we had 25mph winds...

What rear bumper are you running? Didn't find it in your table of contents.
