littledvl, your truck looks awesome! I am curious as to what kind of back spacing do your running with your moto metal wheels?

 

Thanks man, im running 4.5" back spacing.

 

Any problems with the tires rubbing with the 285's?

 

Had very minor rubbing with the terra grapplers, when i switched to the trail grapplers same size but a true 33" tire i had to trim some more and do a cab mount chop.

 

The only headache rack I have ever liked.

Very nice truck. How do you like the toytec lift? Also what wheel width are your moto metals?

 

Been a little while since I updated this, partly because nothing really has changed Although it is 100% mine now!


Just some pictures over the past few months, some random and little things changed.. Should have a few things added over the next month or so, have a winch and cb setup that's been waiting to go it for over a year, also may redo my bumpers if I get some time...


New rack (cb mount added and I leaned the rack forward to match the cab)




After 5yrs my overhead display quit working, had to re solder the well known issue with it, works again and I don't see it being faulty again for that reason

Thanks man. Yep that was me and I usually ride 495 once or twice a month.

 

Cool. Im a MTB guy but ventured over that way when a buddy was digging. Pretty cool place.

 

Yeah, there's a pretty good size digging crew around there. I been riding there for 6-7yrs, dig when I can.

 

So, any chance you drove over the Rt 2 bridge that goes from Lusby to Solomons over the Patuxent river, earlier today? Passed a truck going the other way that I swear was yours.

 

Yeah was my truck, wasn't me tho. My gf had my truck yesterday and she was down that way running sine errands.

I let mine wheel, and she's actually pretty good at it, but she scares the hell out of me when she drives my truck on the road. she drives it like her car first time driving it, she whipped a u-turn so fast, i'm pretty sure my arm almost hit the asphalt, hanging out the passenger window. way too much tilt for what she's used to.
