Don't know if you guys saw this thread, but I will be cutting off the mounting brackets for mine and welding them onto this doubler plate. Already sent the files to precision machinery and tooling, and they are gonna water jet the plate and bend for me

They should be free or at least come with a plate bumper for your inconvenience! Where did you order from?
Demello had notified me of the wait time and had good communication throughout the process of making them and shipping them out. You guys sure have some patience!

I drove my 2wd frontier a bunch of places and made it. its already been greeen sands, thru mana rd, mauna kea, road to the sea, kaloli cliffs, fck it…if thats all you got may as well!


actually no, get a 4wd…youll have the best of both worlds.

 

I was always under the impression that going someplace to hunt without hunting at the time was like setting up poles at the beach and saying you arent camping, youre fishing. you technically arent hunting, but youre trying to get somewhere to hunt without doing the hunting part. but then again its stupid that you cant hunt at night…they should just make it that you are liable for yourself and if you get hurt/killed you or your family cant hold anyone liable except for your damn self.

of course, they make night hunting legal then ill be deer hunting…but wait, DLNR loves the federal funding that comes with eradicating animals.


oh and ive never noticed the back fuel door…did you remount the tank out back?

 

I want a 4wd and keep this one hahah one for daily and one for play but financially that ain't happening anytime soon

I told them I was going to check my cameras and maybe scout out a new area. The one guy was fine with it, but the other two newbs there were "by the book". It actually worked out better that I didn't go up since I was the first one there in the morning and I had the spare steering box. I do agree, they should let people fend for themselves. The hunters are the ones that usually find the lost or hurt up there.

Yeah, I moved it back and installed a f150 rear tank. Eventually I'm going to build one that fits exactly how I want it to.
