    haha, true! The half-cut is only about $12000, then the 80+ hours of re-wiring the harness and learning how to circumvent the immobilizer.

    I think it's feasible :cool:

    What's amazing is the guy that has enough $$$ to buy new 2014 Tacoma and then shell out another $25k for a D4D conversion.

    So far, Barret & Todd (@DieselToys) have been extremely helpful and honest.

    Hoping for the best...and getting tired of shady people.

    I have no idea, but for the sequential setup, you would need at least 2 turboes. Forced induction seems like a waste to me as I am running the 2.7. If I wanted more power, I can do a 4.0 swap or maybe even go 4.7 or 5.7 swap.

    Not the kind of torque I would be looking for. I'm not looking for a race truck, but having a bit more torque would be nice. Would the ls1 even fit once it has a transmission on it? Think about how long the front end of a corvette is, and where the m otor sits there compared to the Tacoma. Pretty sure there would have to be some firewall cutting there.
