this is kind of short notice, but anyone interested in checking out Centralia in the snow at all this weekend? I was up there this past spring doing a photoshoot with some of my car buddies, and saw a TON of cool trails.

Ill be out of town for the next month or 2 so I was going to try to make it up there after this snow storm before I go.

I need upper ball joints, the driver side was squeaking bad the other day. I saw the boot is torn, so I just sprayed a bunch of chain lube in there for now. Can I get just ball joints, or should I just spring for a set of UCA's and alleviate future problems and such? LR UCA's are running about $410 on Wheelers. Can you guys chime in of what you have for UCA's, recommendations?

LR are usually at Fat Bob's for around $375. And that's the only way I'd go since you're lifted

I have LR UCAs and I'm happy with mine, so far. I like that there's adjustment on them to help with alignment. But, I have seen a pair of them shear off at the weld, which makes me nervous. If I ever have to replace them I'd go with total chaos.

Go with Fat Bobs for price. I've got the LR's and they've served me well. Just be sure to disassemble the ball joints and clean out the old grease and pack with a ton of new grease so they do t fail on ya.

$.79, that's a deal breaker. Yeah, did my install, plus about 7 more. Noticed all but the last set had a weak amount of clear grease in the ball joint. Last set had a grayish grease, but still not enough to prevent water wash out.

if your alignment was fine with stock, I'd just replace them with stock.

Shit Ill sell mine for $40 + shipping and they only have around 30k on them.

aftermarket UCA's are a waste of cash unless you can't get your alignment specs.... I know I should of kept mine on.
