I wanna look cool. 2013 PreRunner

Yes I want to look like a Poser, although I'll leave the PreRunner on the truck so people know im just a wanna-be. Long story Short. I wanted Tacoma, wife wanted 4 door for kids. I wanted Tacoma.... Inpatient and not willing to pay 33. I payed 26 for a 2013 PreRunner. I love my truck, I'm a City Boy, and will never take a new pretty truck off-road. ( I still use the bed don't stress.)

Anyways. I need some advice on some mods I can do that'll trick my truck out so It doesn't look so plain. I don't want to lift the Truck, so I guess what are my options when it comes to the Biggest Tires I can fit on this truck without lifting? Any ideas on Tires/Rims? I love lights, I don't know why I guess it's because I like BigFoot hunting. Any advice on lights? (As in Off-road Hood lights.) Anyone with some simple things that'll make my truck look purrrrty would be much appreciated. Keep in mind, I dont need any under armor. I'll never off-road. Pic Below

 

You could buy new wheels or just plastidip the stock as some people have done. You could BHLM (Blackout Headlight Mod), there is a good write up on TW if interested. You could do a Satoshi Grille mod.

Welcome aboard! Where abouts in Oregon? Start with Blacking out all your Chrome. Derp the wheels. Not sure about 2wd lifts so someone else will have to chime in there.

Get some black rims, bikstein 5100 shockds and eibach coils set at zero to level it out.
Retrofits for the headlight and try some katzkin leather in the interior. Heck why not just look around here and decide for yourself.

The PIAA lights are quality no doubt but I went this route with the new truck

That's funny RearViewMirror Newport Fire (Used to be apart of) outfitted there beach rescue with those lights. There extremely powerful.

I don't know if it made a difference, but I also got the 3M protection. Which is nice, because if a rock does penetrate and scratch the hood, they'll fix the dent/scratch for free. 3M is a lifetime deal so I thought what the heck.

 

No... I agree. They are extremely powerful. I kill vampires on the way to work with them

It's amazing how bright this bar is. The PIAA's are great lights but they don't compare to this bar.

 

Looks through the 2nd gen builds. You will pick up an idea or two...
