Does anyone know if I can do traffic school for my 13 over ticket with an AZ license and address?

    Traffic school

You may choose to attend Traffic School for certain vehicle violations. To be eligible for Traffic School you must meet the following criteria:

    • You have not attended traffic school for a citation issued within the last 18 months from the violation date.
    • Your citation is for a moving vehicle code violation and does not exceed 25 mph over the speed limit.
    • You were not cited in a commercial vehicle
    • If your case involves a failure to appear, the failure to appear charge must be addressed or paid in full before you can attend traffic school.
    • Your citation must be a moving violation and does not have a misdemeanor charge that requires a mandatory appearance in court.
    • Your citation does not involve alcohol or drugs.
    • Your citation is not for Vehicle Code sections 22406.5 or 21655.5.
    • Your citation does not have a point count of more than one point under Vehicle Code section 12810 or more than one and one-half points under Vehicle Code Section 12810 or.5 (b)(2).

It doesn't say I NEED a CA license but when I googled it, it said I did. I tried calling the court house but they're understaffed and apparently only one woman is there for a few hours a day. I left a message days ago but no response yet.

Out of state drivers cited in California

The state of California WILL notify the state your license was issued from of the violation you receive while driving on California streets. Each state handles California infractions differently. They may add points to your license or notify your insurance company based on the violation received. You may attend this California Traffic School Online in order to prevent the state of California from informing your home state of the violation received. You must still meet the criteria above to be eligible. Once your course is completed the state of California will dismiss your citation and will NOT notify your home state of the infraction.

I guess this means I can do it?

pretty much got the front taken apart to install the new uca's on the passenger side and realized that i get send the ball joints for a FJ and not a tacoma, so I had to put it back together for now and wait for the new parts to come in.

So to answer your question, no
