    5050 led's are the brightest strip bulbs you can get. http://www.ledlightsworld.com/page.html?id=32

    id stay away from crappy epoxy led strips for the exterior... go silicone.

    fuck that.... double the price of other places. when looking up parts go to the people who make them. blue sea has installation instructions and diagrams of all their shit. no need to guess.

    drill hole.... remove ugly plate.....remove threaded pc....install usb.....thread back on. it may turn but some of my black caulk will stop that

    IP65 so I just unscrewed them and filled the case with clear silicone. Now they are 100% waterproof.

    Before buying search for coupon code...they always have 10% off.

    cheapest way is to buy a roll of 5050 and then buy end caps, wire, silicone sleeve, and make your own. It's pretty simple and idiot proof. If I can do it anyone can.
