Your truck will depreciate constantly regardless of anything you do to it. In fact, anything you do to it is basically a waste of money from a financial perspective.

Houses do not constantly depreciate. Whether you live in it or rent it, you can make the call on when to sell it when it makes financial sense to do so. A lot depends on local market conditions, historical interest rates, and what makes sense for an individual's situation and preference.

You tell em baby, landed aristocracy rules. FWIW, when shopping for a house tell the agent you are looking for an oversize 3 car garage with "attached house". That's what we did and the agent punched it in without blinking an eye.

I installed Tundra 231mm brakes with braided lines and a supercharger. I have 3 issues now:

    1. The brakes don't have a good solid feel. They are spongy and stopping is mediocre at best. Bled once, drove around, bled again, drove around and they still feel the same.

    2. The air fuel sensor is throwing a malfunction code. It worked before the headers I did yesterday.

    3. The clutch slips like a mofo now over 1/2 throttle. I have one to install but I won't get home to the hoist until mid March. I will have to go easy until then.

Yes, started with the rear passenger since it's furthest from the master cylinder. Then driver rear, then passenger front, then driver front.

not sure that'll solve it. I have read of the soft pedal thing before with tundra brakes. Can't remember what it was that caused it though......

Just ordered a bunch of OTRATTW switches.... Some day they'll all actually control something... Haha

Oh and I forgot to add that I re-programmed the truck to unlock both doors at once as well as lock the truck when the truck starts, and unlock it when I turn off the truck.

That's a programming option? Mine has done it since day one and my fiancé hates that it locks us in when we are just running to get the mail or something

The first programming lets you to set the unlock button on the key fob to either unlock the driver door with one push or unlock all of the doors with one push.

    - Open driver door. Remove the key from the ignition.
(Complete these steps within 40 seconds)

    - Insert key into and remove it from the ignition 2 times.
    (IN - OUT - IN - OUT)

    - Close, then open the driver door 2 times.
    (SHUT - OPEN - SHUT - OPEN)

    - Put the key in and remove it from the ignition 1 time.
    (IN - OUT)

    - Close, then open the driver door 2 times.
    (SHUT - OPEN - SHUT - OPEN)

    - Put the key into the ignition and leave it in.
    Close the driver door.

    - Turn the key from LOCK to ON 4 times, ending at LOCK
    (LOCK - ON - LOCK - ON - LOCK - ON - LOCK - ON - LOCK)

    - Wait for the locks to stop, then remove the key from the ignition.
On the key fob, press and release both LOCK and UNLOCK buttons at the same time.

[For all doors unlock] press and release the UNLOCK button.
[For driver door unlock] press and release the LOCK button.

    - Open the driver door. Should be done.

This second program option lets you to set the doors to lock when when the key is turned on, and unlock when the key is turned off.

    - Open the driver door. Remove the key from the ignition.
(Complete these steps within 30 seconds)

    - Put key in the ignition.

    - Close, then open the driver door 2 times.
    (SHUT - OPEN - SHUT - OPEN)

    - Turn the key from LOCK to ON 5 times, ending at ON
    (LOCK - ON - LOCK - ON - LOCK - ON - LOCK - ON - LOCK - ON)

    - Program option (select one of the following)
[Ignition controlled lock ON] Close the driver door.
[Ignition controlled lock OFF] Close the driver door 2 times, leaving it closed.
    (SHUT - OPEN - SHUT)

    - Turn the key to LOCK. Then you should be done. If not, then start over! Haha
Mine never did it, but you can turn it off using the instruction I just posted above

Haha well then I think you're out of luck until you get a key fob. We'll see if I like it or not now that I've turned that option on.

On Saturday got an oil change and rotated tires. Also cleared the check engine light by installing a new air fuel ratio sensor and cleaning fuel injectors.
