I wasn't aware of that myself. I went to Wheelers off-road website & there they are. They have the name "Spidertrax" stamped on them & all the paperwork also.

Let me tell you, I must have driven Paul "PMK", Bandit, & a few others on the SUSPENSION & LONG TRAVEL SUSPENSION threads crazy with so many questions regarding spacers. Paul showed me an article where (long story short) a company got an aftermarket aluminum wheel & a Spidertrax spacer, reversed engineered them, & found that the breaking point of the wheel was 30,000 ft lbs & the spacer was 45,000.

When I installed mine I added the recommneded red loc-tite, torqued them to 85 PSI, & 2 days later took them off-road.

I drove to sw 8 st & 137 ave, a place that I chose NOT to ever go again. It is so rocky under that mud that after 3 visits my previous tires edges looked like someone chewed on them & my son hit his head against the window & I was barely above idle speed. It's mostly for ATV's. Anyways, I drove it at 15 MPH & did donuts on the few smooth surfaces that I found. I can tell you that I checked them the next day @ 80 ft lbs & none of the wheel nuts moved.

    You are correct.

    My Boras are black...:)

Florida DMV actually went up and above today, yes boys & girls .....I am complimenting them :p...They even registered me to VOTE ..

We had a few "snags" and these ladies walked me through it,including saving me a trip all the way home...old fashioned FAX machines still work...:)

And as for fee$, yes my CDL A with endorsements STUNG at 1st But then I looked at the expiration date....2022 ....Sorry that fee is cheap if worked out to time used...;)

My Tacoma is back in love with me also....took a few minutes to "wrench again" and noises are all gone.....

Alright, looks like i will be working on black beauty yet again. Thursday is the day for Greg's spindles to be installed. The reason for me posting this, we plan on doing the install first thing in the morning, then in no particular order, wheeling in lake Mary and getting lunch somewhere. Anyone that wants to join in the fun is more than welcome . Just let me know.

Haha it's a factory toyota hood protector. I'm not a big fan but it helps with bugs and chips so it'll stay for now.
